This version also adds a live recording feature to give educators a way to preserve annotated lessons for future reference. The latest version of IPEVO Whiteboard is fully compatible with Apple iOS 7. With Apple TV Airplay and a projector, this setup allows teachers to create a portable interactive whiteboard for the benefit of the class. With IPEVO Whiteboard and iZiggi-HD working in tandem, educators can capture high-definition live video of documents, artwork, 3D objects, or devices with screens, and then annotate that image during a lesson. Board images come from a variety of sources: a blank white canvas an image from iPad's Photo Library the live video from the iPad's built-in camera or from one of IPEVO's signature document cameras, including the iZiggi-HD Wireless Document Camera. Images are referred to as "boards" and may be saved for later reference or swapped between. These annotations serve to add emphasis and focus attention to enhance teaching material. The user can add lines, shapes, text boxes, arrows and a movable pointer to an image in real time. IPEVO Whiteboard for iPad consists of a drawing toolkit with intuitive touchscreen controls. IPEVO Whiteboard now features support for Apple iOS 7 as well as a new live video and voice recording feature. Available at no cost through the Apple App Store, Whiteboard was designed by education technology company IPEVO as a complement to its line of popular document cameras – including the new iZiggi-HD Wireless Document Camera – and related products.
